Step 1 - Open your email client
- Open your email client and compose a new message (for this document we will be using Outlook 2013).
- In the recipient option (this is where you normally enter the email address to whom you are sending an email to) enter the phone number you wish to send a fax to followed by ‘@fax.melinjo.co.nz’.
- Attach the files you want to send as a fax.
Note(s)
The email body of the message will be ignored and only the attachments will be faxed.
Number formatting
Ensure you have formatted the “recipient” email address correctly. Below is the default formatting of an email. It must begin with ‘0’ for national faxes or ‘00’ for international faxes.

Supported file types
Attached files/documents will be faxed in the order they were attached to the email. Your attached fax document can be a range of formats;
